Pay Authorisations:

Gazetted Entitlement function determines the entitlements like pay, allowances, leave encashment, special authorizations, terminal surrender etc., of various categories of gazetted officers viz.,

• All India Service Officers of the Kerala Cadre
• Ministers and their Personal Staff
• Kerala Public Service Commission Members
• Judicial Officers
• Gazetted Officers working under UGC/AICTE
• Other Gazetted Officers of the Kerala state government

Gazetted Entitlement function communicates Pay Authorisations to the respective Heads of Office i.e DDO or concerned Officers through issue of pay slips, leave salary slips and other authorizations
