Sexual Harassment Committee

In terms of Rule 3C of the C.C.S. (Conduct) Rules, 1964 no government servant shall indulge in any act of sexual harassment of any women at her work place.

"Sexual Harassment" includes such unwelcome sexually determined behaviour whether directly or otherwise, as on:

  • Physical contact and advances
  • Demand or request for sexual favours
  • Sexually coloured remarks
  • Showing any pornography
  • Any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature.
Any complaint/violation regarding sexual harassment of working women should be reported to any of the members of the Complaint Committee constituted in this office under the chairmanship of Ms. Meenu Sharma, Dy. Accountant General (Admin, Pension & Funds).
