Dr D. Anish belongs to 2011 Batch of Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IAAS). He is a graduate of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry and has a doctorate in Poultry Science. He assumed charge in the Office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit-II), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram on 23.08.2024 as Sr. DAG (Admin & Audit Management Group-I). Prior to this posting, he worked as Sr. Deputy Accountant General and Deputy Accountant General in charge of Audit and Administration in Accountants’ General Offices in Meghalaya, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Dr Anish has been deputed to various international assignments in the United Kingdom and China and on United Nations Audit in USA, Kenya and Republic of Chad.

Shri P K Lalu belongs to 2014 batch of Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS). Upon joining IA&AS, he completed his training at the National Academy of Audit and Accounts, Shimla. Before joining this office, he served as Senior Deputy Accountant General (AMG-II) and Senior Deputy Accountant General (Administration) in the Office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit-I), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, Director (Central Expenditure) in the Office of Director General of Audit (Central), Mumbai, Deputy Director (Administration) in the Office of Director General of Audit, Western Railway, Mumbai and Deputy Director (Direct Taxes) Allahabad branch office of Principal Director of Audit (Central), Lucknow. He assumed charge in the Office of the Accountant General (Audit-II), Kerala, Thrissur branch as Senior Deputy Accountant General (AMG-III) on 15^th April 2025.

He holds Master’s Degree in Commerce with specialisation in Finance Stream from Mahatma Gandhi University and Bachelor of Law from Kerala University.
