If office of the Accountant General(A&E) points out missing credits in HBA,MCA and CA loan accounts, how can these missing credits be cleared by the loanee?
The loanee is then required to furnish the particulars of salary bill like Head of account, Treasury Voucher No., Date, Treasury and amount of deduction for these missing credits. In case of challan deposit, particulars like challan number, date and Head of account also needs to be furnished for clearance of these missing credits.
