About General Provident Fund accounts of 58,000 subscribers, who are employees of the State Government.

Accounts other than those of class IV subscribers, all India service and foreign service deputed subscribers are maintained in the form of ledger cards in this office and after retirement, on the basis of respective office records and actual passbook received from subscriber's department along with other necessary documents, authority letter of 10% final Payment is being issued from this office. It is also informed that as per uttarakhand state government rules, minimum deduction of 10 % of basic pay and maximum deduction equal to basic pay is deducted.
