Shri Ratul Chandra Borah is an Indian Audit & Account Service (IA&AS) officer of 2021 batch. He took over the charge of Deputy Accountant General (Accounts & VLC) in the Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) Meghalaya on 22.01.2024. Before assuming charge in this office, he worked in the Office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit), Assam, involved in Administration.
