Awareness

POSH Act Do's and Don'ts poster. Do's: respect personal boundaries and seek consent, maintain professionalism, speak up if you witness harassment, support colleagues, know your rights under the POSH Act, use official channels and reach the Internal Committee, encourage a zero-tolerance culture, and file complaints in writing within 3 months of the incident. Don'ts: do not make unwelcome comments or advances, invade personal space or demand favours, send inappropriate messages, show pornography, promise or threaten employment benefits, ignore complaints, misuse the law with false complaints, dismiss harassment as 'just a joke', or operate without a constituted Internal Committee if the organisation has 10 or more employees.
