Guidelines for final withdrawal from GPF:
GPF subscribers may forward the GPF final payment case up to 4 months prior to their retirement date to the PAG, Rajkot office through the DDO.

Below is the checklist of documents to be attached with the application:
1. Final Payment Application Form:

- Prescribed form: 10-A (Gazetted Officers), 10-B (Non-Gazetted), or 10-C (in case of death)
- The form must be duly signed by the claimant and countersigned by the DDO/HOD as applicable.

2. Details of Last Fund Deduction:

- Information to be provided: Name of the treasury, Voucher number, Month of deduction, and Amount of subscription.

3. Details of Withdrawals for the Last 3 Years:

- Information to be provided: Name of the treasury, Voucher number, Month and amount of withdrawal.
- Include the 90% withdrawal certificate.

4. Residential Address of Subscriber:

- For intimation related to GPF Final Withdrawal application purposes.

5. Copy of Office Order:

- For voluntary retirement, dismissal, resignation, etc. (if applicable).

6. Undertaking Certificate:

- Refund of overpayment if made in any case (due to omission/error/int.adj.)

7. In Case of Death:

- Death certificate of the subscriber for authorization of final payment dues.
- Certificate from the concerned DDO stating whether the subscriber expired while-in-service for authorization of DLI payment.

*Additional Requirements in Case of Death:

  • If a nomination filed by the subscriber in favour of family members exists, the final payment authority should be authorized in favour of the nominee/nominees as per the share indicated in the nomination.
  • If the subscriber had a family but no nomination was made, provide the family details of the deceased subscriber (names, age, and relation with the deceased and marital status). This information should be certified by the DDO along with the 'Varsai Certificate' or other legal documents establishing legal heirship.
  • If the subscriber had no family and no nomination; the claimant must submit a Legal Heir Certificate supporting the claim.
  • If the nomination is in favour of a minor, or if the payment is to be made to a minor, it may be made to the legal guardian. The person considered by the Head of Office (DDO/HOD) to receive the payment on behalf of the minor must execute a bond signed by two sureties agreeing to indemnify the Government against the amount to be paid. An affidavit must also be obtained stating that the person is the guardian and is looking after the minor Fund-1/GPF-FPGuidelines I/891081/2025 in their custody and care.
