Shri Azhar Jamal is a 2011 batch officer of the Indian Audit & Accounts Service (IA&AS). He joined as Senior Deputy Accountant General (Accounts & Entitlements) in the Office of the Principal Accountant General (Accounts & Entitlements), Nagaland, Kohima on 24th  March 2025 (F/N).
He has a graduation degree in Occupational Therapy (B. Th. O.) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM). Shri Jamal has diverse experience in auditing, including audits of railways, state audit, local bodies audit, and office administration.
