Shri Uttam Chanda has a Master’s degree in Commerce (Accountancy) from Guahati University, Assam. He entered the Indian Audit & Accounts Service in 2016. On being relieved as Dy. Accountant General in the office of the Pr. Accountant General (A & E), Nagaland, Kohima. Shri Chanda joined this office as Deputy Director (Admn) on 14.09.2021. Shri Uttam Chanda has assumed charges as Director on 01.01.2024.
