  • On all correspondence the address of this office is written properly.
  • All the Officers have to register in GEMS portal to get SMS service facility.
  • Please mention - Name of the Department, GER Number and the Section/Unit of this office in which your Entitlement is regulated.
  • CTC for relinquishment and assumption of charge along with the covering letter and Order necessitating the event, including Leave applications forwarded to this office.
  • In case of Transfers involving change of Headquarters in r/o All India Service Officers, HRA certificate in the prescribed proformasis required.
  • Pension papers are to be sent to this office four months before date of retirement of the Officer to avoid delay in finalization of pensioner’s benefits.

  • On personal visit this office for queries / to ascertain status of settlement of claims, contact the Public Relation Officer (PRO) at Ground Floor, Annex Building.
