The Public Relation Officer (PRO) is dealing with the GPF-Grievance Redressal System. Apart from attending to public telephonic calls, he will also attend to the officers / public who visit the office during the working days. His duty is to guide the subscribers regarding registration in application, and to login for downloading the PFW & FW authorisations and Annual Accounts Slips. He will also update/ provide and clarify regarding the status of their Part final and Final withdrawal applications forwarded to the office for doing the needful. The PRO co-ordinates between the officers, visitors, and the PF sections to ensure a smooth and satisfactory working atmosphere.
