who were issued "Call Letters" to participate in CERTIFCATE VERIFICATION in Bangalore on 17-03-2024 (SUNDAY).

Eligible candidates will only be allowed to participate in field trials. Please be prepared with all necessary documents (in ORIGINAL) mentioned below and bring them with you for CERTIFICATE VERFICATION:

  1. ORIGINAL Call Letter received by the Candidates by Speed Post.
  2. Print out of the Call Letter received by the Candidates via email.
  3. Two Colored Passport Size Photographs with white background.
  4. Birth Certificate in original.
  5. Matriculation or equivalent certificate/10th pass certificate/Mark Sheet in original
  6. 12th pass certificate/marksheet in original.
  7. Graduation certificate/marksheets in original.
  8. All Sports (Table Tennis) Participation certificates in original.
  9. All Sports (Table Tennis) Achievement certificates in original.
  10. Form 1, Form 2, Form 3 with seal and signature of competent authority in original, if not attached with Application.
  11. ID proof in original (Aadhar card / Voter ID card / Pan card / Driving license / Passport)
  12. SC/ST certificate in original, wherever applicable
  13.  OBC certificate in prescribed format for employment under Central Government with current validity period, wherever applicable (Non-Creamy Layer).
  14.  NOC in original from Present Government Employer if the  candidate is already in any Central/State Government Service, Central/State Government Corporations, State/Central Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Local Government Institutions and Panchayat Raj Institutions.
  15. Undertaking in Annexure V, if not submitted with application
  16. The application and undertaking need to be signed by the applicant at the time of certificate verification, if not signed during submission of application.
  17.  Post for which applied should be filled in the Application by the applicant, if left blank at the time of certificate verification.
  18.  State preference should be indicated in the Application (Form -A) by the Candidate, if left blank at the time of certificate verification.
