How to Register in Public Portal-

• On visiting above website, the Officers have to enter the GER Number and Date of Birth from the user registration screen and click verify. The name of the officer will be displayed automatically. The details are validated and the name along with Mobile Number, Email ID, KGID Number and DDO code are displayed. If the Mobile Number, Email ID, KGID Number and DDO code are not displayed the same may be entered. Enter the captcha and press the submit button to register the details. The username and password will be sent to the registered mobile number.(The said procedure is also available under ‘HELP’ in the portal).
• Forgot Password/ Change Password- After login with existing password provided.
• After Registration the Officers have to login to the Portal with the GER number / Password to view / download the digitally signed pdf (claims/entitlements) from the Public Portal. Which can be presented to the DDOs for further necessary action (view/drawl of salary / leave salary / other claims and Leave Details).

• The payslips addressed to the officers and copy endorsed to the DDOs.
• Other authorisations (Charge Allowance) are addressed to the DDOs and copy endorsed to the officer.
• The Leave Details are addressed to the DDOs and copy endorsed to the Officer.
• Pay Intimation / Increment (on receipt of 53 f certificate) for the Officer on Deputation are addressed to the Foreign Employer and copy endorsed to the officer.
