1. Extending help and cooperation to the staff and their family members at the time of distress.
  2. Assistance to staff at the time of illness or those chronically ill and helping in securing admission in the  place of treatment.
  3. All correspondence and pursuance of applications received for new CGHS cards, addition/deletion of members and surrender of CGHS card.
  4. Correspondence  relating to annual Health check up of Group-A officers.
  5. Correspondence in respect of medical cases admitted in emergency.
  6. Giving personal hearing to individual members of staff regarding difficulties or grievances.
  7. Providing First Aid to staff members.
  8. Arrangement of functions on National festivals, communal Harmony week, Sadbhavana Diwas etc.
  9. Implementation of Disaster Management Programme and corresponding there to.
  10. Reservation of Guest Houses etc.
  11. Fund raising campaign for Natural Disaster, Flag day etc.
  12. Pursuing matters relating to pension and other retirement benefits of retired personnel.
  13. Matters relating to CGEWCC .
  14. Corresponding with Associations, citizen’s committee & Residents Committee.
  15. Conducting misc. welfare activities viz. Physical fitness programme, Eye camp, Dental check up, Yoga Camp etc.
  16. Gender perspective plan- conducting general medical health check up for all women employees and observance of Mahila Divas etc.
