Employee Corner
The objectives of the In-house Training Centre are to upgrade and strengthen skills and competencies of employees for audit through continuous development process. Hence, the training plan strives to address the issue of gap between the existing competencies vis-à-vis the required skills and provide opportunities to the employees to enhance their proficiencies. The plan would, therefore, focus on improved performance by enhancing knowledge-base in the sphere of comprehension of facts, analysis of the situation, evaluation of alternate options and interpretation of rules and regulations so as to apply in their audit process and reporting of audit results.
Individual Priority-wise training requirements with recommendation of the Group/Branch Officers concerned are called for from each wing. Nominations to Regional Capacity Building and Knowledge Institute, Chennai and in-house training courses are made based on the Training Need Analysis. It also nominates Officials to the following institutes.
