Publication & Reports
As per the instructions issued by Finance Department, Government of Kerala, the Administrative Department has to submit Remedial Measures Taken Statements (RMT) on the Audit paras within two months of presentation of the Audit Report in the Legislature. As per the latest position (June 2026), the Local Self Government Department (LSGD) is yet to submit RMT Statements on twenty Audit paragraphs contained in the following Audit Reports:
- Report of the CAG of India on LSGIs for the year ended March 2022 (Report No.4 of 2024) which was placed on the table of the Kerala Legislature on 11 July 2024 (nine paragraphs)
- Report of the CAG of India on the Performance Audit on Implementation of Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation in Kerala (Report No.7 of 2025), placed on the table of the Kerala Legislature on 24 February No.Report(Civil)/4-15/2021-22 I/1536009/2026 2026 (one paragraph)
- Report of the CAG of India on LSGIs for the period ended March 2023 (Report No.8 of 2025), placed on the table of the Kerala Legislature on 24 February 2026 (nine paragraphs)
- Report of the CAG of India on the Performance Audit on Implementation of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (Report No.9 of 2025), placed on the table of the Kerala Legislature on 24 February 2026 (one paragraph).
