As of 15 January 2026, 13 Administrative Departments have not complied with the instructions on submitting Remedial Measures Taken (RMT) Statements and did not submit RMT in respect of 83 paragraphs included in the Audit Reports prepared by Audit I (Civil) except LGA from 2021-22 onwards.
