STAFF WELFARE
- Giving personal hearing to individual member of staff regarding their difficulties or grievances.
- Assistance to staff suddenly taken ill or those chronically ill. Helping in securing admission in places of treatment.
- Attending to the difficulties faced by the survivors of the members of the deceased Government servant’s family in the settlement of the claims and to render help for compassionate appointment, if any.
HOUSE CLEANING
- Cleanliness of Office building, premises and bathrooms.
- Cleanliness of Office canteen and kitchen.
RECREATIONAL, CULTURAL AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES.
- Encouragement of players for participation in games etc.; arrangements for matches and tournament.
- Encouragement to persons for recreational activities.
- Liaison with Recreation Club.
- Making arrangements for recreational activities/facilities in the A.G. Colony.
- Making arrangements for sports, recreational cultural and community activities.
