Shri Dilip Eknath Bhiwapurkar is an IA&AS officer of 2021 batch. He holds the degree of Bachelor of Laws. Previously, he was posted as Deputy Accountant General in the office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit-II), Karnataka, Bengaluru from 01 May 2023 to 07 April 2026 and looked after the charge of AMG-III. On transfer, he has taken over charge as Deputy Accountant General (Administration) in the office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E)-II, Maharashtra, Nagpur from 09 April 2026.

Dr. Bhushan Balkrishna Bhirud

Senior Deputy Accountant General (Pension and Works Accounts)

Dr. Bhushan Balkrishna Bhirud is an IA&AS officer of the 2016 batch. He holds the bachelors degree in MBBS and Masters in Economics. Previously, he was posted at the office of the Accountant General (Audit-II), Bhopal, M.P as Deputy Accountant General (AMG-III). He has taken over charge as Deputy Accountant General (Pension and Funds) along with additional charge of Accounts and VLC in the O/o the Principal Accountant General (A&E)-II, Maharashtra, Nagpur from 08^th May, 2023. Presently, he is looking after charge of Pension, Works Accounts and ITSM wings of this office. 

Shri J. B. Gupta

Senior Deputy Accountant General (Accounts, VLC and Funds) 

Shri J.B. Gupta is an IA&AS officer of 2016 batch. He holds the degree of Bachelor of Commerce. Previously, he was posted as Dy. Accountant General in office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit), Jharkhand, Ranchi from 4 February 2019 to 23 January 2024 and looked after the charge of AMG-I (Civil & Commercial). On his transfer, he has taken over charge as Sr. Deputy Accountant General (Accounts, VLC and Funds) from 24 January 2024. From 07-04-2025 to 08-04-2026  he held additional charge fo Sr. Deputy Accountant General /Administraion of this office.
