- How to submit a GPF admission application?
Ans: Applications for admission to GPF and KPTCEPF shall be submitted online through the application module available in the state HR application, SPARK. Manual applications received will be returned with immediate effect.
- Is it necessary to forward GPF nominations of all employees to the Accountant General Office?
Ans: All Gazetted employees should compulsorily forward the nomination to FM section of this office whenever a new nomination is submitted. The concerned Department is the custodian of the nominations of non gazetted employees.
- What are the necessary documents to be submitted along with GPF closure application?
Ans:
Retirement
- Form of Declaration
- Valid Nomination
Resignation/Voluntary retirement/Termination etc

- What is the minimum period of gap between 2 NRA/Conversion of TA to NRA?
Ans: A minimum gap of 3 months is required between any 2 NRA/Conversion.
- What is the minimum period of gap between an NRA/Conversion of TA to NRA and a temporary advance?
Ans: A minimum gap of 4 months is required between an NRA/Conversion of TA to NRA and a temporary advance for same purposes.
