Pension are of two kinds, viz. Ordinary Pension and Extraordinary Pension.
Ordinary Pension is regulated by the Ordinary Pension Rules and can further be divided in various classes such as :-
- Superannuation Pension
- Retiring Pension
- Voluntary Retirement
- Invalid Pension
- Compulsory Retirement Pension
- Compensation Pension
- Compassionate Allowance
Whereas, Extraordinary Pension is regulated by the Extraordinary Pension Rules.
