  • Office Administration
  • Conduct Department Examination including SAS and Incentive exams
  • Appointment and Promotion
  • Maintenance of  Service Records  including annual increments,   Pay fixation, MACP ,service verification, leave records, Permission for further studies.  
  • Pension/ Family Pension  Cases :  Pension/ Family Pension cases are prepared  with  all retirement benefits  
  • Loans and Advances :  Sanction of Loans and Advances to Govt. Servants under Major Head 7610 ( HBA & Computer Advance )
  • Immovable and Movable Property
  • RTI, Legal Cases


  • Maintenance of Office Building
  • Procurement of Office equipment’s etc.

Library & Training

  • Purchasing and Maintenance of Books, Newspapers, Magazines, Handbooks and Calendar etc..
  • Provide and issue Books, Manuals and study material to officers and employees as per their requirement for various departmental examinations and training programs.
  • Conduct various In-House training as well as training at RTI and other Institute including iCED, iCISA etc.


  • Procurement of  Computer hardware and software, Internet, Networking, Video conferencing, Website, AMC of Hardware, Email


  • Preparation and disbursement of Salary and allowance, Form 16,

Treasury Inspection

  • Detailed checking of Treasury Accounts and functions as per Rajasthan Treasury Rules 2012 and other guidelines issued by the State Govt.


  • The welfare need of staff of office are being looked after by the Welfare Cell under the charge by the Welfare Officer / Accounts Officer. The Welfare Cell deals with Recreation Club, Deptt. Canteen, IA&AD Benevolent fund and special Distress Relief Fund. The Recreation club organizes various sports & cultural events.
