Audit Management Group-I
Audit Management Group-I is entrusted with the audit of the Energy & Petrochemicals Department, including its Heads of Departments (HoDs), subordinate offices and State Public Sector Undertakings (SPSUs). Besides, AMG-I conducts the audit of PSUs under the administrative control of other Departments, viz. Industries and Mines, Ports and Transport, Finance, Science and Technology, Forest and Environment, Roads and Buildings and Home. Further, only certification audit of Autonomous Bodies (ABs) under Sections 19 and 20 of the DPC Act, such as Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB), Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (CAMPA), Gujarat State Human Rights Commission (GSHRC), Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC), District Legal Services Authorities (DLSAs) and Gujarat State Legal Services Authority (GSLSA), is also under the purview of AMG-I.
