• Mr. Pushkar Kumar is an Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer of the 2007 batch. He has done MA and M Phil in Political Science from Delhi University, Delhi. Mr Kumar has experience of audit of Central Government Organizations, Offices and Bodies including the all India Performance Audits of some of the significant schemes such as Namami Gange programme, Accelerated Irrigation Benefits Programme (AIBP), National Projects and Groundwater Management and Regulation, etc.
• He has served at the SAI India’s Global Training Facility (GTF) on Environmental Auditing named; International Centre for Environment Audit and Sustainable Development (iCED) at Jaipur and participated in various international seminars and workshops besides steering training sessions at the GTF as well as other global platforms.
• He has contributed a number of articles/papers in national and international journals and periodicals. He has also conducted audit of UNICEF divisions at Geneva and Budapest and a subject matter expert in the area of water audit.
