Overview

This Report comprises three Chapters: the first Chapter contains the financial profile of the State, planning and conduct of audit and follow-up on Audit Reports. Second Chapter of this Report deals with the findings of three Performance Audits viz: Integrated Child Development Services, Implementation of National Rural Drinking Water Programme in Bihar and Mukhya Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna. Third Chapter deals with Compliance Audits in various Departments including audits of three schemes- National Horticulture Mission, Operationalisation of Mid-Day Meal Scheme, Modernisation of Police Force and one follow-up audit on Performance Audit of Secondary Education Programme (included in Audit Report March 2010) and draft paragraphs. The audit findings included in the Performance Audits and Compliance Audits in this Report have total money value of Rs. 3033.44 crore.
