Overview

The Performance Audit Report on Implementation of Mahatama Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme in Chhattisgarh for the period ending March 2024 has been prepared by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India for submission to the Governor of Chhattisgarh for laid before the State Legislature. This report comprises eight chapters:

 

Chapter 1 presents a brief of the Scheme goals, organizational set up etc. Chapter 2 presents analysis of the audit planning, criteria, and scope etc. Chapters 3 to Chapter 7 present the audit findings related to various aspects of the scheme&39;s implementation. Chapter 8 outlines the audit conclusions and recommendations.
