Ms. Randeep Kaur Aujla, Senior Deputy Accountant General (Administration and AMG-III)

Ms. Randeep Kaur Aujla belongs to 2012 Batch of Indian Audit & Accounts Service. She is a Bachelor of Dental Surgery by qualification. She has joined this office in August 2022 and is currently holding the charge of Senior Deputy Accountant General (Administration) wherein she is responsible for administration, human resource management, training, budget, salaries and bills, purchases, estate management, legal & RTIs,

She is also holding charge of AMG-III which is entrusted with the audit of department of Finance, Planning and Pension & Pensioners Welfare. IT Audit, Data Analytics Cell, State Finance Audit Report and Financial Audit Functions also falls under the jurisdiction of AMG-III.

He has joined this office in April 2026 and is currently holding the charge of Senior Deputy Accountant General (AMG-I). AMG-I is entrusted with the audit of major Government projects/flagship schemes, departments/autonomous bodies under the Government of Punjab pertaining to the economic activity of the Government, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj Institutions, and Urban Local Bodies. He is also handling the PA on Assessment of infrastructure for management of Water Pollution in Punjab.

Ms. Surjit Kaur Baidwan, Welfare Officer

Ms. Surjit Kaur Baidwan joined as Welfare officer in Septmeber 2023. She is entrusted with issuing ID cards, advising newly recruited staff in their initial phase, maintaining office amenities and welfare facilities for contributing to a positive and productive work environment, coordinating with the Estate Manager on accommodation matters, organizing sports tournaments, managing the departmental café, and organizing social and cultural activities and seminars on important issues like Anti-corruption Week and Vigilance.
