He Graduated in Commerce and obtained a professional degree in ICWA. He has served in various capacities in IA&AD as Asstt. AG/DAG, DD, DAG, Sr. DAG, Examiner (LAD), AG, PD in the field offices of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
