Shri Mowar joined this department as Section Officer (on Probation) in Jan 1995 and rendered service under erstwhile the O/o the Accountant General (Audit-II), West Bengal under Works Audit Wing. He was selected as Welfare Officer (ex-Cadre Post) by UPSC in March, 2017.
