However, as per headquarters letter No. - संख्या-93/SSR/Rationalisation/EDP/165-2019 Vol-II dated 05/02/2024, four HIA posts are not shown.
** Hqrs office vide letter – accorded sanction for these new posts. And as per orders of Pr.AG, Nagpur the provided sanctioned strength in these new cadre has been distributed between Nagpur and Branch, Mumbai office.

6.As the revised sanctioned strength is less than the PIP in cadres of Sr. Auditors/ Auditors, the PIP shall be the interim Sanctioned Strength in the respective cadres till the time, PIP reaches the level of Sanctioned Strength due to natural attrition.
7.HQrs. notification no. 59-A/43-SMU/2017 dated 09/03/2020 the O/o AG (Commercial) Audit-III, Maharashtra ceased to exist and the sanctioned strength.
- 01 Post of Auditor kept in abeyance Sr. DAG / AMG-I order dated 21/08/2020 and on account of Lien held by Shri Prem Singh Bhati, Auditor.
- Interim Sanction of 20 posts to accommodate in PiP in AAO cadre has been intimated by O/o Pr.AG(Audit)-I, Mumbai
- 02 Interim sanction to accommodate dossiers in the cadre of SG-II is approved vide HQrs letter no. 704/STAFF(S&R)/CC/71-2024 dt. 01-05-2024
