TRAINING
As per Headquarter Circular No. 210/in-House trg/35-2012 dated 03/09/2012 and F. No. 15/Trg.Div/2021/201 dated 22.08.2022, Training Need Analysis is done before the start of each financial Year. Individual employees and wings assess their Training requirements as per their 1. annual work plan, 2. Job contents of target group of trainees, 3. Skill and experience profile of the employees, 4. Suggestions by reporting/reviewing officers in previous APAR and upload the details in SAI PORTAL.
Training Need Analysis data is segregated into two parts i.e., Advanced slots and Basic slots. In-House calendar of Training Programme is prepared from Basic slots. In addition, 7 Number of compulsory courses are included every year 1. Awareness about ISSAIs, 2. Right to Information, 3. Office Procedure, 4. APAR and Writing of performance Appraisals, 5. Evidence Gathering and Analysis, 6. Report Writing and 7. Documentation for various stages of Audit.
After approval of In-House Training Programme by Principal Accountant General sent to Director General (Training & Research, Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, 10 Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi by 28th February of every year.
COTP is uploaded on SAI PORTAL. All Sr. Audit officers of Headquarter entrusted with role of MAKER in SAI PORTAL nominate officers/officials for the slots allotted through SAI PORTAL. After completion of each Training nominate officers/officials submit sessions feedback and course feedback in SAI PORTAL.
Advanced slots sent to RCB&KI, Jammu. Regional Advisory Committee finalizes allocation of slots and upload on their CoTP on the SAI PORTAL. Based on the CoTP Advance Quarterly Nomination sent to RCB&KI, Jammu.
In addition, this office nominates candidates for any slots received (online/offline) for All India Training programme from these training institutes/centers e.g. RCB&KI, Jammu, Prayagraj, Chennai, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, Ranchi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Knowledge and Capacity Wing HQRS, Regional Capacity Building & Knowledge Centre, New Delhi, International Centre for local governance Audit, Rajkot, National Academy of Audit and Accounts, Shimla, International Centre for Information System and Audit, Noida and International Centre for Environment & Sustainable Development, Jaipur.
