- Finance Department (Pension) Section-10 No.-339242//XXVII (10)/2025-E-22807/2022 Dated: 27.10.2025 Regarding approval of 58% dearness relief per month instead of 55% w.e.f. 01.07.2025 to such pensioners of the State Government whose pension has been revised in accordance with the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission, subject to the pre-determined conditions and restrictions
- As per the recommendations of Hon’ble Second National Judicial Pay Commission (relative to Seventh Pay Commission), revised pension and other retirement benefits are to be paid to the retired judicial officers of the State from 01.01.2016 and the related arrears are to be paid.
- Approval of increasing the current rate of 53% of admissible dearness allowance to 55% per month in the basic pay from 01.01.2025, subject to the pre-determined conditions and restrictions, to those who have been made admissible to the 7th revised pay scale by the Finance Department's Government Order No. 295029/XXVII -10/2025-E-22807/2022 dated: 06.05.2025.

2018
- Approval of Dearness Relief of such civil/family pensioners of the State Government whose pension is revised according with the recommendation of the 7th pay Commissions from 7% to 9% w.e.f 01.07.2018
- Approval of Dearness Relief of such civil/family pensioners of the State Government whose pension is revised according with the recommendation of the 7th pay Commissions from 9% to 12% w.e.f 01.01.2019
- Re-determination of rates of dearness allowance admissible to employees of the state government, local bodies, aided institutions, government universities and technical education institutions who have been allowed 7th revised pay scale
- Regarding payment of remaining arrears of salary/allowances payable to the State employees from 01/01/2016 to 31/12/2016 after implementation of the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission and payment of pay and allowances payable in two phases (financial year 2017-18 and 2018-19), and approval of dearness allowance of 5% from 01/07/2017 and dearness allowance of 7% from 01/01/2018 to the pensioners receiving revised pension from 01/01/2016.
