About Us
The State Audit Advisory Board provides suggestions on matters relating to audit to enhance the effectiveness of audits including audit reports by providing a forum for professional discussion between the senior management of audit offices and knowledgeable and experienced professionals from varied fields.
The State Audit Advisory Board is constituted to advise the Principal Accountants General of the State on the coverage, scope and prioritization of audits together with suggestions regarding appropriate audit approaches and techniques within the framework of the Constitution and statutory mandate of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India.
Principal Accountant General (Audit-II), Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow is pleased to constitute the State Audit Advisory Board for a period of two years from September 2025. The State Audit Advisory Board has ten external members, four internal members and one Secretary to the Board. Details of the same are as mentioned:
