State Audit Advisory Board
On the lines of the Audit Advisory Board constituted by the CAG of India at its Headquarters at New Delhi, a State Audit Advisory Board (SAAB) is constituted in the State from time to time with the objective to enhance the effectiveness of audits including audit report by providing a forum for professional discussion between the senior management of Audit offices and Knowledgeable and experienced professionals from varied field. The State Audit Advisory Board has been constituted in the Rajasthan State on 27th December 2021.
The Accountant General (Audit-I) is the Chairperson of the Board and Senior Deputy Accountant General (Administration) is Ex-Officio Secretary of the Board. The Group Officers in the offices are nominated as the ex-officio members. The following eminent academicians, professionals, IAS Officers of the State are nominated as external members of the board:-
