Shri Vaibhav Shukla, Sr. Deputy Accountant General (Administration & Accounts)

Shri Vaibhav Shukla belongs to 2016 batch of Indian Audit & Accounts Service.  He is currently Sr. Deputy Accountant General (Administration & Accounts) since January 2024 in charge of Administration, responsible for training, medical cases, placement of officials & staff, budget, various purchases and pay and allowances and in charge of PAO dealing with 14 DDOs.  Further, Pr. PAO dealing with the grant of all the 33 PAOs of Indian Audit & Accounts Department is also under his control.  Previously, he was Deputy Accountant General in the O/o the Principal Accountant General (Audit), Uttarakhand, Dehradun.  He is B.E. by qualification.

Shri Battu Lal Meena, Deputy Accountant General (AMG - I)

Shri Battu Lal Meena belongs to 2020 batch of Indian Audit and Accounts Services. He is currently Deputy Accountant General (AMG-I), which includes Public Works, Water Resources, Urban Development, Energy and Power, Culture. His qualification is Masters in Arts.

Shri K.S.M. Rafi, Deputy Accountant General (AMG - II)

Shri K.S.M. Rafi belongs to 2020 batch of Indian Audit & Accounts Services. He is currently looking after AMG-II and Technical Cell. AMG-II Group deals with audit of five major Clusters dealing with Finance, Industry and Commerce, IT and Communication, Law & order and General Administration. He is also heading the Technical Cell responsible for processing and issuance of Supplementary report of Companies, Separate Audit Reports of Corporation and Autonomous bodies. Previously he was posted in office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit) Bihar as DAG. His academic qualification is B.Com (Hons.).

Shri Ashish Singh, Deputy Accountant General (AMG - III)

Shri Ashish Singh is an Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer from the 2020 batch. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Delhi and an LLB from Delhi University. He has served as the Deputy Accountant General in Punjab, where he was responsible for managing Accounts and Pensions. His experience also includes a tenure as Assistant Director at the Comptroller and Auditor General's (CAG) headquarters in the Railways Audit wing. He has joined this office in October 2024 and is currently holding the charge of AMG-III deals with audit of 229 audit units of 19 departments of GNCTD (Health and Family welfare, Education, Labour, Agriculture marketing, Registrar Co-operative society, Environment, Transport etc.).
