Shri Bharat Chandra Behera, an IA&AS Officer of 2015 batch joined this office on 8 August 2022 and presently holding the charge of Director (Audit). He served as a Deputy Accountant General (Works & Forests Accounts, Govt. Accounts & VLC, GE & EDP) in the Office of the Pr. Accountant General (A&E), Jharkhand, Ranchi during the period from 4 December 2017 to 29 July 2022. He was a member of Consultative Committee of NRA Cell of GASAB before joining this office. He has done Post Graduate in Commerce (M. Com) and also Master in Philosophy in Commerce (M. Phil) from Utkal University, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar. He joined in IA&AD on 14 May 1998 as Section Officer, Commercial (Prob) in the Office of the AG (Audit), West Bengal. He has served in various capacities in AG (Audit), West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar and MAB, Ranchi and has 20 years’ experience in the field of audit of Commercial Undertakings (State and Central PSUs) and autonomous bodies. Before his induction to IA&AS, he was Sr. Audit Officer (Commercial) in the Office of the Accountant General (Audit), Bihar, Patna.

Deputy Director (Administration)
Shri SIVAKUMAR. S, an IA&AS Officer of 2021 batch, joined this office on 24 January 2024 and presently holding the charge of Deputy Director (Administration). He has done post graduate (M. Com). He joined IA&AD on 24 February 1995 as Section Officer, Commercial (Prob) in the office of the AG (Commercial Audit), Maharashtra, Mumbai. He has served in various capacities in AG (Audit), Maharashtra, AG (Audit), Kerala & AG (Audit), Karnataka and has 29 years of experience in the field of audit of commercial undertakings (State PSUs) and autonomous bodies. Before his induction to IA&AS, he was Sr. Audit Officer (Commercial) in the office of the Pr. Accountant General (Audit-II), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram.
