Shri Uday Shankar Prasad is an officer of Indian Audit Accounts Service of 1997 batch. He possess Master of Arts Degree in Political Science from University of Calcutta. Shri Prasad has served in various capacities in the department. He has wide experience of Administration, Pension, and Audit work while working in Accounts Entitlement offices and Railway Audit Offices. He also possess exemplary experience of audit of various international institutions such as World Health Organization, UNO and Indian Embassies. He joined as Director General of Audit (Steel) Ranchi on 02/05/2022.
