ADMINISTRATION SECTION

The Administration Section besides the general administration of the office, is entrusted with the works relating to Annual Departmental Promotion Committee(DPC), Modified Assured Career Progression(MACP), Non Functional Upgradation (NFU), Subordinate Accounts Services, Revenue Audit Examination and Continuous Professional Development Examination(SAS/RAE/CPD), Departmental Confirmatory Exam for Auditor, Type test, LDC Exam for MTS, Deputation, Recruitment, Rajbhasha, GPF, permission to purchase Immovable/movable property, CAG Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly return related to sanctioned strength/MIP, organisation chart, disciplinary cases, Right to Information Act 2005, legal cases, UN/Embassy Audit examination matters, Association matters, Purchase through GeM, contract finalisation of outsourcing of MTS/cleaning work, Hiring of Inspection Vehicle, Transfer and Posting, Permission for higher education, Maintenance of Service Book of IA&AS and Gazetted officers, change of Base station, Issue of Identity, Certificate for passport preparation.

OFFICE ESTABLISHMENT(OE)

The work of Office Establishment Section are: preparation of monthly pay bills through Public Financial Management System- Employee Information System (PFMS-EIS); deduction and deposit of statutory dues viz. Income Tax, Professional Tax, GST; issue of Form-16; calculation and payment of retirement benefits; payment of personal claims viz. House Building Advance, Personal Computer Advance, Festival Advance, Medical Bills, issue of Letter of Credit (LOC) for treatment at CGHS empanelled hospitals, Travelling Allowance, Leave Travel Concession, Children Education Allowance, Newspaper, Briefcase, Local Conveyance Charges, leave encashment on LTC and retirement, issue of Last Pay Certificate on transfer and retirement; preparation of Budget (Revised Estimates of current year and Budget Estimates of ensuing year), maintenance of service book and leave accounts of Non-gazetted officials; processing of all non-salary payments through Integrated Budget and Expenditure Monitoring System (iBEMS).
