b. Purchase Committee: (>2,50,000 to 25,00,000) comprises of three members i.e. (i) Director (Inspection/EA), (ii) Sr AO (Report) and (iii) Sr AO(Admin-I)
c. Pay fixation Committee comprises of three members i.e. (i) Ms. Daya Chalia, Sr AO, (ii) Shri. Shri Vikram Nagpal, Sr AO and (iii) Ms. Kumari Priyanka, AAO
- Committees at Kolkata Branch Office:
- Strengthening of administration-Periodical Review under FR 56 (j) and Rule 48 of CCS(Pension) Rules, 1972- A Review Committee comprising the Director/Deputy Director and Senior Audit Officer (Administration) of this office as members of the Review Committee and an Internal Screening Committee comprising the Assistant Audit Officer (Administration) and Assistant Audit Officer (Establishment.) has been constituted with the approval of the Director General for Periodical Review under FR 56 (j) and Rule 48 of CCS(Pension) Rules, 1972
- Sexual Harassment Committee: The Sexual Harassment Committee, comprising Smt Tanushree Biswas, Deputy Director, Shri Avijit Jana, SAO and Ms. Chandrani Singh, AAO, has been constituted.
- Disaster Management Committee:-A Disaster Management Committee with the Director/Deputy Director of this Office as Head/Chairman of the Committee and SAO (Admn), SAO (IT Cell) and SAO (OAD) as the other three members of the Committee has been constituted.
- Local Purchase Committee: A Local Purchase Committee Comprising SAO (Admn), SAO (ITCell) and SAO (OAD) has been constituted.
