At Head Office, New Delhi, the Administration and Establishment group is divided into two sections:

Administration-I – The section deals with preparation of budget estimates of the O/o DGA (ESD) including all the branch offices, establishment work relating to procurement and maintenance of various equipment/machinery/ IT hardware and software and making purchases on GeM, service related matters, Return of Income Tax and other miscellaneous receipts to be sent to Headquarters, Maintenance of Service books, pay fixation, arrears etc.

Administration –II – The section deals with coordination with branch offices on administrative matters such as service matters of employees, Training, Hindi related work, Correspondence in respect of Departmental examinations for branch offices, Welfare/scholarship/sports events etc. of branch offices, payment of Medical, TA & LTC claims, court cases/disciplinary cases of branch offices, Association/recreation club/canteen matters branch offices, DG inspection/peer review, RTI cases, etc.
