Performance Audit on IAY-Story retold

Report no 37 of 2014 - Union Government (Civil) pertaining to Ministry of Rural Development presents the results of the Performance Audit of Indira Awaas Yojana. Indira Awaas Yojana is a flagship programme designed to provide assistance to BPL families and other categories for constructing a safe and durable shelter.

The Audit Report carries a number of annexures and tables to summarise data and to highlight the impact of findings. Considering that data presentation facilitates interpretation of the information by the various stakeholders, new and innovative measures are continuously explored to communicate such information in manner that is easily and clearly understood by stakeholders.

The primary focus of the audit findings along with the recommendations is encapsulated using info graphics and data visualisation for an appreciation of the performance audit in an user friendly manner.
