In October 2023, Headquarters have designated the Regional Capacity Building and Knowledge Institute, Shillong (RCB&KI, Shillong) as the Knowledge Center for the following three subjects:
1. Local Governance – ADCs
2. Public Works Audit
3. Public Procurement

 

As per Headquarters’ instructions, RCB&KI, Shillong has developed the following Structured Training Modules (STM): -

Audit Quality Management Framework
Certification Audit of Autonomous District Councils as per Financial Attest Audit Manual
Various Entitlements admissible to a Government Servant
General Purpose Financial Reporting Framework for Government and Public Sector
Common Administrative Issues, Reservation Rosters, Vigilance and Disciplinary Proceedings
Public Works Audit
Data Security-Privacy and Protection
