In October 2023, Headquarters have designated the Regional Capacity Building and Knowledge Institute, Shillong (RCB&KI, Shillong) as the Knowledge Center for the following three subjects:
1. Local Governance – ADCs
2. Public Works Audit
3. Public Procurement

As per Headquarters’ instructions, RCB&KI, Shillong has also developed Structured Training Modules (STM) on the following two Topics : -

Certification Audit of Autonomous District Councils as per Financial Attest Audit Manual

RCB&KI, Shillong had also prepared the following STM: -
