Officer Profile: Ms. Bhavika Joshi lathe, IA&AS
Ms. Bhavika Joshi Lathe is an Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer of the 2011 batch, she holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree. She currently holding charge as Principal Director in iCED. Over her 14-year career, she has held key administrative and audit leadership roles across various central and state offices, including assignments at the Office of the Principal Accountant General in Uttar Pradesh, the Director General of Audit in New Delhi, and her present posting at iCED.
Throughout her tenure, She has completed extensive professional development across premier national institutions. Her specialized training covers Executive and Management Development Programs at IIM Bangalore, IIM Ahmedabad, and NAAA Shimla, as well as focused modules on Data Analytics, IT Audit, and Environmental Auditing at ICISA Noida and iCED Jaipur. She has also participated in significant international delegations and assignments, including the UN Audit Training Programme for FAO, a Remote Access Performance Audit engagement with FAO Headquarters in Rome, and representing India in the 9th Indo-China Young Auditors Forum.
Officer Profile: Mr. Harish Khurana, IA&AS
Mr. Harish Khurana is an Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer belonging to the 2020 batch. he holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree. He currently holds the charge as the Deputy Director (Admn.) at the International Centre for Environment Audit and Sustainable Development (iCED) in Jaipur, a role he assumed on April 7, 2025. Prior to his current assignment, he served in Gwalior as Deputy Director (CRA) under the Director General of Audit (Central Receipt), New Delhi.
Throughout his service, Mr. Khurana has been engaged in key professional development programs to sharpen his technical expertise. His training portfolio includes the Orientation Training Programme for newly inducted officers at NAAA Shimla, as well as specialized coursework in Audit of Direct Taxes at RTI Nagpur and Advanced Skills of Direct Taxes at RCB&KI Nagpur. Additionally, he has completed training on Audit through Remote Sensing and GIS at RCB&KI Kolkata, Financial Audit of State Autonomous Bodies at RCB&KC Bengaluru, and e-Way Bills under GST at PDA Central Chennai.
