This Report contains eight chapters. Chapter I contains detailed analysis of the financial position of the state. Chapter II reviews the Government’s control over expenditure during the year. The remaining six chapter contain 4 reviews and 20 paragraphs based on audit of certain selected schemes, programmes and financial transactions of the Government. A synopsis of the findings contained in the reviews and important paragraphs is presented in the overview.
