Audit Reports

Overview

The Stand Alone Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India containing the results of Performance Audit of Development and Promotion of Horticulture for the period 2015-2020 has been prepared for submission to the Governor of Manipur under Article 151 of the Constitution of India. 

This Report contains five Chapters:

Chapter I deals with the Introduction and Audit Framework part of the Report.

Chapter II deals with Financial Management - Budget provision and expenditure, receipt and release of funds.

Chapter III deals with Planning and Implementation - Perspective Plan of specific Scheme, Annual Action Plans of specific Scheme and Implementation.

Chapter IV deals with Post-harvest Management, Processing and Market Infrastructure. 

Chapter V deals with Horticulture Promotion and Extension Services.
