The office administration is divided into three branches: Establishment-I, Establishment-II, and Record Section, each headed by a designated officer:
1. Establishment-I: Under the charge of a Senior Audit Officer (Administrative Officer)
2. Establishment-II: Under the charge of a Senior Audit Officer (Drawing & Disbursing Officer)
3. Record Section: Under the charge of a Senior Accounts Officer (Record Officer), supervised by the Senior Deputy Accountant General/Deputy Accountant General (Administration).
Establishment-I Section deals with all matters relating to Administration consisting of recruitment, promotion, training, departmental examinations, posting, confirmation, deputation, leave, staff statistics, gradation lists etc. of the office establishment.
Establishment -II Section deals with all matters relating financial transactions such as of Salaries/Allowances, Office expenses, Medical claims, TA, CEA, Minor works etc. also deals with raising fund demands to Headquarters as and when required. Establishment-II annually prepares the Revised Estimate and Budget Estimate. The EDP Section is currently under the charge of the Senior Audit Officer/DDO and manages all IT-related functions.
The Record Section handles matters related to procurements, maintenance of office premises (civil and electrical works), and other related tasks.
