This Report has been prepared for submission to the Governor under Paragraph 7(4) of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution of India. This Report contains four Chapters. Chapter-I deals with the Constitution of the Mara Autonomous District Council, the rules for the management of the District Fund and maintenance of accounts by the District Council. Chapter-II depicts ADC Fund position. Chapter-III deals with the Comments on Accounts and Chapter-IV deals with compliance issues during test-audit of the transactions of the Council for the year 2016-17.
