Ms. Elvina Lalmuanpuii Leivon

Ms. Elvina Lalmuanpuii Leivon is a 2016 batch of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS). She had been posted as Dy. Accountant General in the Office of the Principal Accountant General, Manipur and currently posted in Mizoram as Sy. Deputy Accountant General (Administration & Accounts).

She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delhi, reflecting her strong academic foundation. Prior to joining the IA&AS, she was briefly a part of the Mizoram Civil Service, where she served as Sub-Divisional Officer in Lunglei district.

In her current role, she is actively involved in the administration and oversight of government audit and accounting functions, and has participated in high-level briefings, including presenting the State Finances Audit Report to the Hon’ble Governor of Mizoram.
