(B) Time period for supply of information

Should be provided after following the procedure given in para 37 to 41 of the guidelines issued vide DOPT O.M. dated 27.2.2008.

Supply of information where the applicant is asked to pay an additional fee.

The period intervening between informing the applicant about the additional fee and the payment of the fee by the applicant shall be excluded for calculating the period of reply.
