Functions:

• Co-ordinating Section of Financial Audit Wing and all allied administrative functions.

FASS CELL

Branch Officer: Mrs. Jyotsna Lakra Toppo, Senior Audit Officer
& Mrs. Kanika Mitra Bose,Audit Officer

Functions:

• Checking of Monthly Civil Accounts as per Financial Attest Audit (FAA) guidelines.
• Checking of Monthly Appropriation Accounts, issuing queries and reporting the findings as per FAA guidelines.
• Monthly selection of vouchers through sampling procedure for requisition from A&E office.
• Audit of Annual Finance and Appropriation Accounts.

FASS - V

Branch Officer: Shri Siby John, Senior Audit Officer

Functions:

• Processing and Preparation of Audit Certificate on various World Bank/Externally aided Projects, follow up, etc.
• Co-ordination of Checking and certification on Annual Finance & Appropriation Accounts as per FAA guidelines.
• Processing and preparation of Audit Certificate in respect of various Schemes - related correspondences and follow up action.

• Audit of different categories of Sanction and also relating to Schemes & Grants-in-aids.
• Issue of Audit Notes/Memos and their follow up & maintenance of related records.
• Co-ordination, supervision and consolidation of Financial Audit Parties (FAP) report returns.
